The rules of working together.

By requesting a quote, booking a move or otherwise using the GSK Packers & Movers website and services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

GSK Packers & Movers provides packers and movers services including household shifting, office relocation, bike & car transport, warehousing and packing-only services.

• Service availability depends on your location and vehicle/crew availability on the requested date.
• All quotes are estimates based on the information you share. Final pricing may be revised after a physical or video survey.
• We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule any booking that is unsafe, unlawful or beyond our operational capacity.

• Booking is confirmed once you accept the final quote and pay the applicable advance (if any).
• Payments may be made via UPI, bank transfer, cash or card. A receipt/invoice is shared for every payment.
• Additional charges may apply for undeclared items, extra floors without lift, long carry distance, waiting time, packing material upgrades or route changes on move-day.
• GST and other applicable taxes are billed as per Indian law.

• You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the move-day may attract a cancellation fee to cover crew allocation and vehicle deployment.
• If we cancel or reschedule due to operational reasons, any advance paid is fully refunded or adjusted against a new date of your choice.

• Provide accurate address, inventory, access details (lift, parking, permissions) and a working contact number.
• Declare fragile, high-value, hazardous or restricted items before the crew begins packing.
• Ensure someone authorised is present at the pickup and delivery locations to verify inventory and sign the acknowledgement.
• Pay the agreed amount as per the invoice and applicable additional charges on completion.

We do not transport the following items. If found in your shipment, we may refuse to load them without liability:

• Cash, jewellery, negotiable instruments, valuables & original documents.
• Hazardous, flammable, explosive or corrosive materials — including LPG cylinders, fuel and chemicals.
• Live plants, animals, perishable food and illegal substances.
• Firearms, ammunition and any item prohibited by Indian law.

• Every booking includes basic transit insurance. You may upgrade to full-value coverage before the move begins.
• Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the signed inventory sheet.
• Our liability is limited to the coverage under the applicable insurance policy and does not include indirect, consequential or emotional loss.
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure — weather, strikes, road closures, riots, natural disasters or acts of authority.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We prefer to resolve issues quickly and fairly — please contact our support team first before initiating any formal action.
