Before pickup
- Drain fuel to under 1 litre — IBA & carrier rule.
- Photograph all sides + odometer in good light.
- Remove helmet, accessories, and personal items.
- Disconnect the battery if travelling > 700 km.
Paperwork
- RC book copy
- Valid insurance copy
- Govt-issued ID
- Signed consignment note with declared value
